2. What the app does
10P Communication Agent provides authorised club staff with a unified customer-service inbox for the club's WhatsApp Business and Instagram professional accounts. It receives conversations initiated voluntarily by users, displays them to authorised staff, and lets a human review and send replies. The app does not send unsolicited conversations and does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Platform Data we process
- Instagram professional account identifiers, username, profile image and basic account metadata;
- Instagram Direct messages, sender identifiers and attachments supplied in those conversations;
- WhatsApp profile name, phone number, message content, attachments, timestamps and delivery status;
- WhatsApp Business Account and business phone metadata needed to connect and monitor the channel;
- basic public profile data of authorised administrators where Meta login is used; and
- limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We process this information to answer questions about classes, schedules, enrolment and visits; maintain the communication channels; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable law. Depending on the context, processing is based on taking steps requested by the user, performing a service, our legitimate interest in providing customer support, consent where required, or a legal obligation.
5. Sharing, sale and access
We do not sell Platform Data. Access is limited to authorised club staff and technical service providers that host or support the service under our instructions and appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
6. Retention and security
Conversation data is kept only while needed to provide support, resolve the conversation and meet applicable legal obligations. Connection credentials and channel configuration are retained only while the relevant channel remains connected. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised. We use access controls, encrypted transport and reasonable organisational and technical safeguards.
7. Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We may need to verify the requester's identity before acting.
Data deletion instructions / Instrucciones de eliminación
English: Email 10thplanetjjbarcelona@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion – 10P Communication Agent”. State whether the request concerns Instagram or WhatsApp and include the username or phone number used to contact the club. After identity verification, we will delete or anonymise the data associated with the requester unless retention is required by law. The request will be handled within the period required by applicable law.

Podemos tratar identificadores y datos básicos de perfil, nombre de usuario o teléfono, mensajes, archivos adjuntos, marcas de tiempo, estados de entrega, metadatos de las cuentas comerciales y registros técnicos limitados. Los usamos para responder consultas, mantener los canales, proteger el servicio y cumplir obligaciones legales.
No vendemos los datos de la Plataforma. El acceso está limitado al personal autorizado y a proveedores técnicos que actúan siguiendo nuestras instrucciones. Conservamos los datos solo mientras sean necesarios para la atención y las obligaciones legales; después se eliminan o anonimizan.
